In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 Minimum Age. ernph strictly prohibits participation by any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years. In accordance with Philippine law and the regulatory framework governing online gaming in the Philippines, all Players must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an active ernph account.
2.2 Residency. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of, or are physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gaming activities of the type offered by ernph are not prohibited by applicable law.
2.3 Verification. ernph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
2.4 Single Account. Each Player may maintain only one (1) active ernph account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.1 Accuracy of Information. When registering on ernph, you warrant that all information provided — including your name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address — is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ernph login credentials. ernph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP on your registered Philippine mobile number. You agree to notify ernph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
3.3 Account Activity. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your ernph account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. ernph shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ernph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, among other methods listed in the ernph cashier at any given time.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on ernph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ernph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are charged by ernph; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method in the ernph cashier.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. ernph processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya for verified accounts within two (2) minutes on average. Processing times for bank transfer methods may vary. ernph reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or AML review.
4.5 Withdrawal to Source. ernph applies a return-to-source policy: funds must generally be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
5.1 General. All bonuses and promotions offered by ernph are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds or bet specifications detailed in the applicable promotional terms. These Terms & Conditions apply alongside, and do not replace, any bonus-specific terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. ernph reserves the right to cancel a bonus and related winnings if the Platform determines that bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other prohibited conduct has occurred.
5.3 One Bonus Per Household. ernph may limit the number of bonuses redeemable per household, IP address, device, or payment method to one (1) unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotional terms.
6.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on ernph are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type — live casino, slots, sports betting, bingo, or e-sabong — as published in the relevant game section of the ernph platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game in question.
6.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and vary by game type and table. Current limits are displayed within each game interface prior to placing a bet.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or software error during any game session, ernph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the Player's account. ernph shall not be liable for any winnings claimed during a demonstrable malfunction.
6.4 Sports Betting. Sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. ernph reserves the right to suspend, void, or recalculate markets in the event of event postponement, cancellation, or the discovery of incorrect odds arising from a manifest error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ernph platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the ernph platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and the ernph brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of ernph or its respective licensors. No right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property is transferred to you through your use of the platform.
8.2 Restricted Use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ernph platform without prior written authorisation from ernph.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ernph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ernph platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
9.2 ernph's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their ernph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 ernph does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability; ernph will endeavour to provide advance notice where reasonably practicable.
10.1 Age Restriction. ernph strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. The ernph platform is intended solely for adult entertainment purposes. If you are under 21, you must not register or attempt to access ernph.
10.2 Player Tools. ernph provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming controls within their account settings, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session duration alerts, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools activate immediately upon request.

11.1 By ernph. ernph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account — with or without prior notice — in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason that ernph determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
11.2 By the Player. Players may close their ernph account at any time by contacting the ernph support team. Prior to closure, all pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance (net of bonuses) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Disputes. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the ernph platform shall first be submitted to ernph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team in writing. ernph will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
12.3 Jurisdiction. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through ernph's internal process, both parties consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
ernph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the registered mobile number or email address on file, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the ernph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
